After planning and upgrading our company, including its direction, brand positioning, and product offerings, we completed the product proofing process. Although the overall results were beautiful and impressive, we still noticed some minor issues, such as small marks on the appearance of some CNC machining products. While such small mistakes may seem forgivable, they can actually have deeper implications. On the surface, they may only lead to some losses from returned goods, but they could also cause customers to question our commitment to providing high-quality service, and ultimately damage our brand. To avoid these risks, we must focus on the source of the problem – the production process – and strictly adhere to the details.
Following the discovery of these issues, our R&D and quality inspection partners took the initiative to hold an internal meeting and conduct a thorough review. Each detail reflects our pursuit of excellence and perseverance, and embodies the spirit of “the devil is in the details.” I am confident that our team will achieve great success in the future.
