Our company excels in design using a variety of software including Solidworks, UG, MasterCam, AutoCAD, Pro/E, and Rhino. In the absence of customer drawings, we can create 3D and CAD drawings based on the customer's samples or drafts and work with the customer to confirm product size and tolerance range.
Additionally, we offer support in drawing design by analyzing dimensions for production feasibility, adjusting dimensions and tolerances based on actual production, and converting 3D drawings to CAD while developing production processes and instructions.
Our real-time communication of product drawings helps optimize production processes and reduce production costs.
Finally, we provide assistance to customers in addressing issues related to drawing design and production.
Our company has established long-term partnerships with design company to collaboratively design and develop new products. These outsourcing design companies specialize in industrial design, mechanical structure design, and graphic design, and also provide product system solutions such as automatic flow design, hardware development, sample production molding, user research, and market research. They have three design directors who have about 10 years of work experience in domestic first-line design companies. Additionally, there are eight other designers, including six exterior designers and two structural designers, who are skilled in using design software such as Solidworks, ProE, Rhino, UG, etc. They are familiar with the entire product research and development process from appearance to structure to prototyping and mass production. Moreover, they have a specialized sample production factory equipped with several sets of CNC and 3D printers to ensure a seamless connection between design and sample tracking. Currently, they have six patents and nine software patents.
